In 2000, Reveal’s founder Marc Hutto set out to build one of the first — if not the first — corporate talent sourcing teams at the fourth largest bank in the US. In February of that year, Hutto started this team with only 6 sourcers. Six years later, demand for services provided grew the team to 55 sourcers, supporting 215 recruiters.
