A New Kind of Learning System

A Learning System that eclipses the tired days of one recruiting/sourcing training course after another. C.O.R.E.™ is licensed to our corporate clients with Reveal's content and, yet, also has the capacity to incorporate your own content (methods, tools, practices). Imagine a Train-The-Trainer model that is significantly more evolved…

  • First, any member of your team completes a self-assessment with a leader at Reveal or an internal expert on the topic(s) inside of C.O.R.E.™ The team member (Player) and the expert (Coach) reach agreement as to whether the Player is at a Learning, Skilled, or Expert level for that particular subject matter.
  • Second, an Individual Development Plan is then generated by C.O.R.E.™ which outlines the prioritized topics that will enable the Player to achieve mastery of those topics for which they agreed they are at a Learning or Skilled level. Multimedia course materials are embedded into the system so that the team member can complete reading materials, watch and listen to videos, engage in role-plays with an Expert (Coach), etc.
  • Third, (this is one of the coolest parts!) the team members that were determined to be Experts are then matched to their peers/colleagues that are Learning or Skilled on that particular topic in order to receive coaching. With the Reveal Performance Coaching™ curriculum you are able to leverage your own internal staff of Experts (Coaches).

The design of C.O.R.E.™ was inspired by the challenging reality of what normally happens to you and to the materials from most recruiting/sourcing training course; the materials get shelved and you go back to what you did before the training.  With C.O.R.E.™, you determine your status as Learning, Skilled, or Expert and then determine if that component is Very Important, Important, or Not Important in your role at that particular time.  At least you now have a much greater awareness of the complete Body Of Knowledge of the talent sourcing career field and can begin to map out your next steps to continuous improvement.

Note how C.O.R.E.™ allows the mind to embrace the concepts and content in a compartmentalized and progressive fashion.

During your first 90 days in a research/sourcing role, you focus on PROCESS EXCELLENCE and, beginning at day 91, C.O.R.E.™ enables you to raise your game and performance by focusing on the relative BEHAVIORAL EXCELLENCE.  

Progress with the Individual Development Plan is recorded both by the C.O.R.E.™ technology system date/time stamp in conjunction with Player and Coach journaling.

Another impressive attribute of C.O.R.E.™ is its inherent ability to be regenerative.  Think about it… perfection in executing a specific process in the realm of research/sourcing cannot be described as “static”.  Today’s best practices for a specific process won’t be tomorrow’s best practice because someone will inevitably improve upon it.  Consequently, today’s Expert on that subject becomes Skilled or Learning – and the journey to improve continues and C.O.R.E.™ is the vehicle to accommodate this reality.
